COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE
Your order may be subject to long wait times. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, every courier company worldwide is experiencing huge delays. The outbound flights in Australia are currently standing at around 15% of what they normally are, however there's been a 473% increase in mail from this time last year. Due to this, the delivery is taking much longer.
Due to some countries closing off their international borders, you order may still be waiting to board a flight. Your order may have also been sent via sea freight if at the time, no air freight was available.
If you would like your order in a hurry, we recommend selecting express.
Unfortunately COVID-19 isn't something we could have predicted so we appreciate your understanding and patience. Please email us on email@example.com for any order updates.
