Refund policy

MILK & MOSS REFUND POLICY

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we, Milk & Moss aren't required to offer you a refund for change of mind returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere or if you decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we, Milk & Moss can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or a store credit. If your Milk & Moss product arrives faulty, you're within your rights to ask for a choice between a replacement, store credit, or refund.
