Milk & Moss posts ALL National orders from our warehouse each weekday Morning.
You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
Our expected delivery times chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.

Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.
Shipping within Australia is based on overall parcel weight and destination.
Shipping to New Zealand is based on overall parcel weight and destination
All other International shipping can be calculated at the cart, please see international orders information below for info on additional costs that may apply in your country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Milk & Moss will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.

1. Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia Post. Factors outside of Milk & Moss's control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.

COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE

Your order may be subject to long wait times. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, every courier company worldwide is experiencing huge delays. The outbound flights in Australia are currently standing at around 15% of what they normally are, however there's been a 473% increase in mail from this time last year. Due to this, the delivery is taking much longer.

Due to some countries closing off their international borders, you order may still be waiting to board a flight. Your order may have also been sent via sea freight if at the time, no air freight was available. 

If you would like your order in a hurry, we recommend selecting express.
